Vice Deans of Faculty
In accordance with the Higher Education Law No. 2547 and the Academic Organization Regulation in Universities, Vice Deans assist in administrative and academic affairs in accordance with ethical principles in order to ensure that education and training are carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance with the objectives and principles determined by the University's senior management. They act as deputies for the Dean in his absence and carry out the work on behalf of the Dean.

1. Act in accordance with the objectives and principles outlined in Articles 4 and 5 of the Higher Education Law.
2. Organize orientation activities for newly registered students
3. Monitor the academic progress of international students and coordinate with relevant embassies.
4. Ensure that the faculty and departmental websites are up to date.
5. Review documents to be submitted to education-related committees, and supervise student reports, leave, and scholarship processes.
6. Follow up on and address the problems of students in need of assistance.
7. Oversee events organized by students (graduation ceremony, courses, etc.).
8. Organize elections for class representatives and faculty representatives, and chair meetings.
9. Coordinate Erasmus, Farabi, and Mevlana exchange programs for faculty members and students.
10. Monitor personnel research and assignment leave, reports, annual leave, and excused leave.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean.

3. Chair committees on course equivalence and exemptions.
4. Organize and oversee students' internship and practical activities.
5. Plan the course and exam schedules.
6. Review course assignments and inform the Dean about them.
7. Monitor student numbers and academic performance.
8. Manage and supervise the faculty's education-related activities.
9. Adhere to the faculty's ethical guidelines, participate in internal control activities, and ensure attention to sensitive and risky tasks.
10. Monitor personnel research and assignment leave, reports, annual leave, and excused leave.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean.
